In order to hold your place for 8.5 Argentina living, we require a 50% deposit. The deposit is refundable on written request up to 30 days before your stay, less 2 nights rent.
The full amount of your stay plus $500 security deposit per unit must be paid 30 days before move in. Deposits and rents may be paid by personal check, Western Union, or by credit card through PayPal (3% fee will be added).
Check-in is after 2:00 p.m and check-out is before 12 noon. We can arrange early check-in and late check-out if we do not have other guests staying the same day. The doorman can keep your luggage in a secure area until your actual departure.
Please, no more than three (3) guests per night and no children under 12 or pets are allowed. Also, this apartment is non-smoking so please smoke only outside the building.
Please do NOT bring your own grooming devices (hair dryers, curling irons, electric razors) as they often blow the outlets due to wattage difference. Don’t worry, we have a hair dryer for you.
